Answers, quietly.
For colour, keratin and bridal work we recommend 2–3 weeks. Cuts and grooming we can usually accommodate within the week — a good day or two ahead is ideal.
Life happens. We ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone on our waitlist. No fees, just a small kindness.
We work with Kevin Murphy, Olaplex and Comfort Zone — chosen because they're gentle on hair and skin, and because they perform.
Yes, when the chair allows. Booking is the surest way to get the stylist and time you'd like, but we'll always try to fit you in.
There's paid street parking on Via Roma and a small garage two minutes on foot. We'll happily send exact directions when you book.
