Bookings
A booking request submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm the slot. Appointments are held for 10 minutes after the scheduled time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or change, so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Prices & payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on hair length, condition, and the products required. Final pricing is confirmed at the salon before service begins. We accept cash and major cards.
Personal items
Please look after your personal belongings during your visit — we cannot be held responsible for items left in the salon.
